New project launched

Last week we had the pleasure of participating in the kick-off meeting of the AVALANCHE Innovation Action, focused on countering crime and terrorism in the EU.

This project, funded by the European Commission, aims to develop advanced technologies and strategies to enhance security and safety across Europe, while facilitating partners’ capabilities in finding their way to EU public security marketplaces, particularly Law Enforcement Agencies.

Key Objectives of the project are to develop innovative tools for real-time threat detection and response, enhance collaboration between law enforcement agencies across Europe, and implement AI-driven solutions to predict and prevent criminal activities.

Within the project IDIR will play a key role in the elicitation and definition of requirements, the development of key secure data storage and exchange technologies and in dissemination and communication activities.
